In this episode, I sit down for a virtual chat with Pearl Cicci, a Vancouver-based Nutritionist and Health Coach. We talk about how she keeps her positive energy up, growing up in Vancouver as a Black person, plant-based eating, and why we need to go with our gut. Pearl also gives some tips for incorporating more plants in our diet and shares some insight on supplements.
Pearl Cicci is a Nutritionist and Health Coach with a passion for educating people about nutrition. Her goal is to make it easy and simple to achieve optimal health. Taking a very holistic approach, Pearl is focused on the overall well being of a person. Using plant-based approaches Pearl works with female entrepreneurs to increase their energy levels and optimize their health. She believes that, with proper information and guidance, everyone can become the healthiest version of themselves at any age. When pearl has some extra time you will find her either doing something active or learning something new. Pearl has a strong passion for dancing and thinks everyone needs to dance more!
